My name is Nikki Breznock and I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a specialization in Senior Fitness Training. I‘m a local of Dixon, and I help the aging adult find balance through personalized exercise.

According to the National Council on Aging, one in four Americans aged 65+ falls each year. Every 11 seconds, an older adult is treated in the emergency room for a fall; every 19 minutes, an older adult dies from a fall. Falls are the leading cause of fatal injury and the most common cause of nonfatal trauma-related hospital admissions among older adults.

I provide a personalized fall prevention program to help those that may struggle with balance, especially those who are struggling with mild cognitive impairment or are recovering from joint replacement. I provide safe one-on-one personalized heart rate training. I have a passion to help those that are not able to make it to a gym, and those who just don’t feel comfortable in a gym setting. Let’s face it...it’s not that easy to find the motivation to get to a gym, and it can be quite intimidating to walk into a place with big complicated machinery. I bring the gym to you!
